You are under no obligation to answer these questions. However we are unable to evaluate  your Web site without this information.

D&N Award Program, D&N  and his evaluators  uses information about you to contact you if you have won an award or not.   By filling out an award application form you agree to be contacted by D&N Award Program, via email..

If you voluntarily provide information to D&N Web site, your name, e-mail, and address  are not passed on to any third-party. D&N Web site will divulge information only as necessary to comply with state and federal laws.
